It was during art class at elementary school that I first found out about art. I had no idea how to draw a picture. But a line I drew with a 4B pencil instantly turned into a pine tree and a tile-roofed house. Art is about going beyond limits. A touching moment generates a vibration which makes you pour out your energy. Then you reinterpret and re-create that experience with your hands, with your eyes and in different ways. That’s what art is about.
